Narromine Solar & BESS

Overview

The Naromine Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is a 150 MW solar and 150 MW / 300 MWh utility-scale project located in Naromine, New South Wales. Pairing large-scale solar generation with battery storage, the project is designed to deliver clean, reliable power to the grid and support New South Wales' growing renewable energy capacity. Originally developed by CleanGen, the project was acquired by ACE Power in 2023.
