Our leadership team has navigated Australia's energy market through multiple investment cycles, policy shifts, and technological changes. We know what it takes to get projects built, and we have the relationships across government, industry, finance, First Nations communities, and local communities to make it happen.

Koovashni Reddy

Koovashni Reddy established the CleanGen in 2012 driven by a clear purpose — to accelerate Australia's transition to clean energy. As Managing Director, she oversees strategic investment and development across a 20GW project pipeline, backed by more than 35 years of experience in the energy sector.

Koovashni has been at the forefront of Australia's renewable energy evolution for over two decades. From pioneering innovative solar service models in 2005 to co-founding ACE Power in 2021, she has consistently helped shape the direction of the industry. Her expertise spans the full breadth of the energy landscape — development, investment, trading, and operations — with senior leadership roles held at some of Australia's most prominent energy organisations, including AGL, EnergyAustralia, Integral Energy, IFM, Wind Power, and Pacific Power.
