Overview

The Kerang Hybrid is a 161 MW solar and 55 MW/110 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located in Kerang, Victoria, ideally positioned adjacent to the Kerang Terminal Station for direct and efficient grid connection. CleanGen originally developed the project, securing the site and subsequently obtaining development approval from Gannawarra Shire Council, before it was acquired by ACE Power in 2021.

CleanGen acknowledges the Wemba-Wemba and Barapa Barapa peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the Country on which this project stands and respects their enduring connection to this land.
